Cooper Parry Finance Recruitment is supporting an established, privately owned business to appoint an experienced Financial Controller to lead its finance function and provide strategic financial leadership. Reporting to the Managing Director and forming part of the senior management team, you will oversee financial accounting, reporting, governance and control, while managing a small finance team and driving continuous improvement across systems and processes.
