Cooper Parry Finance Recruitment have been engaged on an exclusive basis to source a Group Management Accountant on a staff basis. Our client is a privately owned investment group, who provide a range of complementary services to the UK and international energy, clean tech and emerging market sectors. Our client is based in Aberdeen City Centre with hybrid and flexible working.
This role will play a key part in preparing management accounts for group corporate companies, as well as assisting with preparing consolidations for the group. This presents an excellent opportunity for candidates looking for career progression and development in a growing business. You will be part of an excellent working environment and team.
The Opportunity
- Preparation of management accounts for group corporate companies
- Assistance with monthly consolidations at corporate level, including initial review of data
- Assistance with cashflow forecasting and cashflow reporting
- Assistance with group audits both at group and subsidiary levels
- Oversee the Assistant Accountant
Background and Experience
- Qualified Accountant or Qualified by Experience
- Experience in preparing management accounts
- Proactive attitude and strength to work under pressure
- Able to convey financial information to a variety of stakeholders
