Competitive Salary
Our client is currently looking to appoint an experienced Payroll Administrator to support their payroll function with day-to-day processing and administration. This position will initially be fully home-based, with a transition to a hybrid working model (1–2 days per week in the Glasgow city centre office) once office operations resume. Candidates should therefore be based in Glasgow or within a commutable distance.
Key Responsibilities:- Supporting the end-to-end payroll process
- Ensuring accurate and timely payroll delivery
- Maintaining payroll records and resolving employee queries
- Assisting with payroll compliance and reporting
- Proven experience in a payroll-focused role
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes and relevant legislation
- Experience using Sage 50 Payroll is highly desirable
- Exposure to international payroll would be advantageous
- Must have the right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available)
- Ideally based in the Glasgow area
