Cooper Parry Finance Recruitment is supporting our client in Glasgow to hire an EMEA Payroll Manager (covering the Netherlands). This role offers a flexible hybrid pattern with two days in the office and three from home, coordinating with a third-party provider to deliver accurate, compliant payroll across multiple countries.
You will lead end-to-end payroll operations, acting as the main liaison between internal teams and external vendors, and drive process improvements while ensuring compliance.
