A growing and well-established organisation is looking to appoint an experienced Payroll Administrator to join its busy finance function.

The Role
Reporting into the Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the accurate and timely processing of payroll while working closely with colleagues across HR, Finance and the wider business.
Key duties will include
- Processing payroll data and ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time.
- Maintaining payroll records and ensuring compliance with current legislation.
- Resolving payroll queries from employees and managers.
- Supporting pension administration and statutory payroll processes.
- Assisting with payroll reconciliations and reporting.
- Liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure employee data is accurate and up to date.
- Identifying opportunities to improve payroll processes and efficiencies.
- Supporting month-end activities as required.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have
- Previous payroll administration experience.
- Good understanding of UK payroll legislation and statutory payments.
- Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Experience working with payroll systems.
- Competent Excel skills.
- A proactive and collaborative approach to work.
