The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Finance Transformation Workstream Manager to support the delivery of a significant finance change programme within a complex, international organisation.
Working closely with senior finance leaders and programme stakeholders, you will help drive the design and implementation of future-state planning, budgeting and forecasting processes.
This role combines transformation delivery, stakeholder management, process improvement and operating model development, offering a unique opportunity to influence how finance supports business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the design and implementation of target operating models across finance planning and performance management processes.
- Coordinate workstream activities, ensuring deliverables, milestones and dependencies are effectively managed.
- Gather, document and manage business requirements from a broad range of stakeholders.
- Drive standardisation and continuous improvement of planning, budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Support the implementation of finance systems and enabling technologies.
- Track and manage risks, issues and interdependencies, escalating where appropriate.
- Help define and establish performance measures and reporting frameworks.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, governance artefacts and operating procedures.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement, communications and change management activities.
- Build strong relationships across finance and wider business functions to support successful programme delivery.
Experience & Skills
We're looking for candidates who can demonstrate
- Experience within finance transformation, business change, operating model redesign or large-scale programme environments.
- Strong understanding of planning, budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and manage competing priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify improvement opportunities.
- Experience supporting systems implementations or technology-enabled process change.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- A structured, organised approach with strong attention to detail.
- Experience managing actions, risks, issues and project deliverables within complex environments.
