Cooper Parry Finance Recruitment is supporting our tech focussed oil services client to recruit a Bookkeeper / Administrator to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a fully office-based role located in Aberdeen city centre, offering an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, responsibility, and being a key support within a close-knit office environment.
This role would suit someone who is hands-on, flexible, and happy to get stuck in, supporting both finance and wider administrative activities.
The OpportunityYour responsibilities would include:
- Supporting day-to-day bookkeeping and finance administration
- Processing financial transactions and maintaining accurate records
- Assisting with invoicing, expenses, and general financial administration
- Providing general office and administrative support as required
- Getting involved in a wide range of ad-hoc tasks to support the smooth running of the office
Previous experience in an administrative, finance, or bookkeeping role is advantageous.
