Cooper Parry Finance Recruitment is working with an established energy services business to recruit an experienced Payroll Advisor on an initial 6-month contract.
This role will see you take ownership of payroll activities, ensuring accurate and compliant processing while acting as the main point of contact for payroll queries across the business.
The Payroll Advisor will be responsible for:
- End-to-end payroll administration and validation of timesheets and payroll data
- Reviewing monthly payroll reports from the external payroll provider
- Calculating average holiday pay and managing adjustments
- Handling employee payroll queries
- Setting up new starters on Sicon
- Supporting audits and ad-hoc finance projects
