Cooper Parry (Formerly Hutcheon Mearns) are looking to add an Assistant Accountant / Accountant to our Outsourced Finance Team on a full time, permanent basis. Cooper Parry is a successful and growing accountancy firm with a diverse range of service lines. As our outsourced finance offering continues to expand, we are building a strong and loyal client base, delivering innovative, value‑driven solutions that consistently outperform the status quo. The Opportunity
As an Assistant Accountant, you will play a key role in supporting our Outsourced Finance team and its growing portfolio of clients. This is a varied position offering exposure to a broad range of responsibilities, including the preparation of management accounts and day‑to‑day finance support.
Background and Experience
You will ideally have experience in a similar role. Experience within practice is advantageous but not essential. You will be a strong communicator with the ability to use your initiative and demonstrate excellent attention to detail. Strong IT skills are essential, including competency with MS Office. You will ideally be part‑qualified, nearly qualified or newly qualified (ACCA, CIMA or ICAS).
