The Role

  • Develop and manage detailed schedules for mechanical scopes across the project lifecycle.
  • Integrate mechanical activities into the wider programme, ensuring alignment with other disciplines.
  • Ensure schedules accurately reflect constraints, dependencies and delivery sequencing.
  • Provide insight into progress, risks and opportunities across mechanical workstreams.
  • Support improvements in planning standards and outputs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain mechanical schedules within Primavera P6.
  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement and construction teams to gather planning inputs.
  • Monitor progress and identify deviations from the plan.
  • Support reporting outputs including lookaheads and progress updates.
  • Manage interfaces with contractors and supply chain partners.
