The Role
- Develop and manage detailed schedules for mechanical scopes across the project lifecycle.
- Integrate mechanical activities into the wider programme, ensuring alignment with other disciplines.
- Ensure schedules accurately reflect constraints, dependencies and delivery sequencing.
- Provide insight into progress, risks and opportunities across mechanical workstreams.
- Support improvements in planning standards and outputs.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain mechanical schedules within Primavera P6.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement and construction teams to gather planning inputs.
- Monitor progress and identify deviations from the plan.
- Support reporting outputs including lookaheads and progress updates.
- Manage interfaces with contractors and supply chain partners.
