Overview Programme Planner role at Cooper Moss Rutland (CMR). Location: London / Suffolk (with travel as required). Type: Full-time. Start Date: Immediate. As a Programme Planner , you\’ll be at the heart of delivering some of the UK\’s most ambitious infrastructure projects — ensuring schedules drive certainty, efficiency, and innovation.What You\’ll Do Partner with supply chain teams to assure contract compliance of schedule deliverables.Build, maintain, and assure integrated schedules that drive alignment with project goals.Track and report on progress, providing accurate updates, variance analysis, and forecasts.Support month-end reporting cycles with timely, high-quality data.Facilitate workshops, peer reviews, and supplier engagement sessions.Work closely with project managers and delivery teams to highlight interfaces, risks, and mitigations.Essential What you\’ll bring Experience in a construction or infrastructure environment.Solid scheduling expertise, including Primavera P6.Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Confidence building schedules from first principles and reviewing supplier submissions.Understanding of schedule hierarchy, integration, and change control.Familiarity with NEC or FIDIC contracts.Strong communication and presentation skills, with a collaborative mindset.A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.Desirable qualifications Degree or equivalent in construction, engineering, project management, or related field.Knowledge of QSRA, design processes, and CDM.Experience in stakeholder management.Membership of APM, AACE, PMI or similar (with certifications).Experience using Power BI and other reporting/analytics tools.Nuclear sector experience.About CMR We have a strong culture driven by our 9 Core Principles.
