We are currently seeking an experienced Planning Engineer to join our dynamic award‑winning team at Cooper Moss Rutland. You will play a key role in supporting the planning environment across complex infrastructure programmes, ensuring processes, systems and outputs are consistent, reliable and aligned to delivery requirements.

Location: 2 Days Office / 3 days hybrid.

Type: Full‑time.

Start date: Immediate.

Salary: Competitive.

The Role

  • Support the planning environment across systems and processes
  • Maintain planning standards and governance
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across programmes
  • Provide technical support to planning teams
  • Drive continuous improvement across planning capability

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate planning activities including updates and baselines
  • Maintain planning standards, procedures and documentation
  • Monitor performance of the planning system (Primavera P6)
  • Manage user access, controls and configuration
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with planning processes
