We are looking for an experienced Commercial Manager to support the delivery of a major infrastructure scheme at Dublin Airport, involving the development of a new underpass. The role is focused on providing high-quality commercial and contractual advice to the client and wider project team throughout the design and delivery stages.

You’ll:
- Provide commercial management and advisory services in line with NEC contract principles
- Act as a trusted commercial advisor to the client and project stakeholders
- Support the administration and management of NEC contracts, including compensation events, early warnings, and change control
- Provide commercial input during the design phase, including cost advice, risk allocation, and contract strategy
- Prepare and review cost plans, forecasts, and financial reports
- Support procurement strategy and tender evaluations from a commercial perspective
- Assist with valuations
