We are currently seeking a dependable and motivated Packaging Operative to join our team. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced environment, ideal for someone with experience in food-related production and a strong understanding of safety and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities- Weighing and handling bags of varying sizes (1kg, 16kg, and bulk 1-ton bags)
- Packaging products accurately and efficiently
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Operating a forklift truck (Counterbalance) safely and effectively
- Maintaining high standards of cleaning and hygiene across the site
- Supporting general warehouse and production activities as required
- Valid FLT Counterbalance Licence (essential)
- Good knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
