Calling all Food FMCG Maintenance Engineers & Multiskilled Engineers with a passion for CMMS Engineering Scheduling and Planning.

Duties

  • CMMS Ownership & Governance: Own, develop, and continuously improve the site’s Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS), ensuring data integrity, effective maintenance workflows, and best-in-class maintenance performance.
  • Maintenance Planning & Scheduling: Lead engineering planning and scheduling activities to ensure resources, materials, and work priorities are effectively coordinated, enabling the safe and efficient execution of maintenance activities.
  • Work Instructions & Engineering Documentation: Author, maintain, and control digital work instructions, job plans, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and maintenance task lists to ensure technical accuracy, consistency, and regulatory compliance.
  • Maintenance Work Process Control: Manage and govern maintenance workflows from work request through to completion, ensuring standardised processes are followed and continuously improved to drive operational excellence.
  • Reliability & Performance Improvement: Support reliability engineering initiatives through the analysis of maintenance data, identification of trends, and implementation of actions that enhance equipment reliability and performance.
  • Spare Parts & Stores Integration: Collaborate closely with the onsite stores team to ensure spare parts availability, maintain inventory accuracy, and support efficient maintenance execution.
  • Training & Stakeholder Support: Act as the site subject matter expert for CMMS utilisation, maintenance planning processes, and engineering documentation standards, providing training, guidance, and frontline support to key stakeholders.
  • Compliance & Audit Support: Maintain audit-ready engineering records and documentation, ensuring full compliance with safety, quality, statutory, and regulatory requirements.
  • Statutory Maintenance Control: Provide administrative control and coordination of statutory maintenance activities, including but not limited to Local Exhaust Ventilation (LEV), Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations (LOLER), and Pressure Systems inspections, ensuring all legal obligations are met and documented.

Qualifications

As a candidate you must be proficient in using Microsoft Office including Outlook/Excel and have an understanding of Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) e.g. Agility, SAP, PM, Shire etc. however there can be extra training provided here.
