We are seeking a skilled Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer to ensure the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of our production and utility equipment. You’ll carry out planned and reactive maintenance, drive continuous improvement, and support colleague training and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain health and safety standards, promoting a zero-accident culture.
- Perform reactive, preventive, and corrective maintenance on equipment and systems.
- Follow Best Practice Engineering standards and comply with legislation.
- Troubleshoot, identify, and resolve faults efficiently.
- Support continuous improvement projects and implement process modifications.
- Facilitate training, mentoring, and handovers for colleagues.
- Keep work areas safe, clean, and organized.
Requirements
- Experience in maintenance engineering, preferably in manufacturing.
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of health and safety and engineering best practices.
- Ability to work in a team and manage priorities effectively.
