We are seeking an IT Support Analyst to join a great internal IT team and help deliver high-quality technical support across the business. This varied role combines service desk responsibilities, walk‑up support and meeting room assistance, as well as participation in smaller projects and continuous service improvement initiatives. You will provide support to users at all levels of the organisation, including Partners and Senior Leaders. A professional approach, dependable work ethic, and strong communication skills are therefore essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver onsite technical support for daily IT requirements, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and meeting room technology
  • Prepare, configure, deploy, and maintain PCs and laptops
  • Manage and administer Azure AD/Active Directory and Intune
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot standard software applications
  • Log and escape faults or configuration requests to third-party suppliers

Training

  • Provide IT training for new joiners as part of induction
  • Deliver ongoing user training where required

Team Support

  • Assist the IT team with routine operational tasks and active projects

About You

  • 3–5 years’ experience in an IT support environment
  • Strong technical expertise in Microsoft technologies, including Microsoft 365, Windows 11, Intune, Azure AD, Active Directory, and SQL
  • Solid general education, including English and Maths

You will also bring:

  • The ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users, as well as third-party suppliers
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • The capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • The ability to perform effectively under pressure

Additional Requirements

  • Clean driving licence and valid passport
  • Strong attendance record
