A client of ours is currently seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead shop-floor operations within a manufacturing environment. This role suits a practical, motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced production setting and is comfortable leading by example. This is not a desk-based position. The successful candidate will be actively involved in day-to-day production, supporting the team, resolving issues in real time, and driving performance on the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and drive daily production operations to achieve productivity, quality, and delivery objectives.
  • Maintain a strong presence on the shop floor, actively contributing to production and leading by example.
