Our client, a leading automation and manufacturing solutions provider, is seeking a talented individual to join their aftersales team. This is a dynamic and fast-paced role, perfect for someone who enjoys both reactive and proactive customer support. About the Role: As a Service Support Engineer, you will play a critical role in supporting the commissioning, installation, and ongoing maintenance of cutting-edge automated systems. This role involves a mix of on-site and remote support, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the life-cycle of the equipment. You will also assist in training and developing service engineers, as well as identifying and implementing system improvements. Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and resolve customer issues remotely and on-site in a timely manner. Provide technical support to the aftersales team.
