We are seeking a Project Lead Engineer to oversee the design, development, and verification of advanced imaging and sensing solutions for space, earth observation, and scientific research. This role requires a multidisciplinary engineer to coordinate engineering teams, provide technical governance, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Due to continued growth and investment, we are undertaking several large-scale, multi-year projects and require a Project Lead Engineer to provide technical leadership across programs, ensuring seamless execution from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical leadership and direction across complex engineering projects.
- Develop and maintain the Engineering Management Plan to ensure project success.
- Oversee engineering governance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify and manage technical risks and opportunities, leading mitigation strategies.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for engineering teams and stakeholders.
- Support bid and proposal development, delivering clear and compelling technical solutions.
- Maintain configuration control across all technical aspects of the product and project.
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and experience:
- A broad knowledge across multiple engineering disciplines (e.g., electronics, mechanical, software, optics).
