Role Overview: As a Service Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting service operations for highly technical packaging machinery. This position is a fantastic opportunity to build strong relationships with customers, resolve complex technical issues, and continuously grow your engineering expertise.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert technical support to customers and field engineers across the UK and globally
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot faults on packaging machines (both mechanical and control system-based)
  • Maintain technical documentation and support training activities for customers and internal teams

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, standard office hours. Flexibility required for occasional site visits.

Working Location: Field-based role with flexibility to work from home. Occasional travel to customer sites and company offices in the UK and abroad.
