Role Overview: As a Service Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting service operations for highly technical packaging machinery. Role Responsibilities:
- Provide expert technical support to customers and field engineers across the UK and globally
- Diagnose and troubleshoot faults on packaging machines (both mechanical and control system-based)
- Maintain technical documentation and support training activities for customers and internal teams
