I'm working with a long-standing client who is looking to add a Senior IT Support Analyst to their growing team. This role has become available due to an internal promotion, a clear sign of the career development opportunities on offer.
You'll provide both 1st and 2nd line IT support, working closely with key business stakeholders to ensure systems remain reliable, efficient, and fit for purpose. The position is primarily remote, with occasional travel to the North West for on-site meetings and support.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver 1st and 2nd line IT support to internal users, resolving a broad range of technical issues.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for business stakeholders, ensuring excellent communication and service delivery.
- Support and maintain various software applications, particularly Case Management and Healthcare systems (experience in these is advantageous).
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and escalate complex issues where necessary.
- Contribute to IT projects, system enhancements, and process improvements.
- Keep accurate documentation of incidents, resolutions, and standard processes.
- Proven experience in both 1st and 2nd line IT support.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Confident participating in virtual and in-person meetings.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, self-starting approach.
- Experience with Case Management or Healthcare software (desirable, not essential).
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- A self-motivated learner who researches solutions before seeking assistance.
