Mechanical Bias Engineer 4 On / 4 Off Days Only 48,000 50,000 per annum - 6:00 - 18:00 - Permanent We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Bias Engineer to join our multi-skilled engineering team on a permanent 4-on, 4-off day shift basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on engineer with strong mechanical and/or welding skills to play a key role in maintaining the efficiency, reliability and safety of a busy production site. Ideally, you will have previous engineering experience within a food manufacturing or FMCG environment, although candidates with strong relevant manufacturing or industrial experience will also be considered. The Role Working as part of the engineering team, you will be responsible for planned preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance and emergency breakdown support, ensuring all plant and equipment operates safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities * Carry out planned preventative and reactive maintenance to maximise plant efficiency and minimise downtime. * Provide full emergency breakdown cover for plant and services. * Diagnose faults and carry out high-quality repair and maintenance work. * Use mechanical and welding skills to maintain and repair plant and equipment. * Electrical knowledge or experience would be highly advantageous. * Ensure all engineering work complies with Health
