Our client is seeking an Engineering Manager with strong leadership and technical expertise to drive the development of electrical metrology and RF calibration products. The role requires leading and developing a multidisciplinary team, setting clear direction, and ensuring best practices in engineering are applied across hardware, firmware, and software disciplines. The successful candidate will play a key role in solving complex technical challenges, improving processes, and delivering high-quality, scalable solutions that meet both customer and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end development of electrical and RF calibration products, from concept to delivery and ongoing support
  • Manage and develop a multidisciplinary team across hardware, software, and firmware
  • Set technical direction, including system architecture, RF design, signal integrity, and system integration
  • Work closely with product teams and customers to translate requirements into clear technical solutions
  • Lead design reviews and solve complex technical challenges
  • Drive strong systems engineering practices and continuous improvement

Key Qualifications

  • Strong systems engineering experience across the full product lifecycle
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams in a global environment
  • Strong technical background in RF measurement systems (e.g., signal generators, spectrum analysers, power meters)
  • Solid understanding of the Test & Measurement industry and electrical metrology
  • Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering (or similar)
