The Role
- Programming CNC lathes from engineering drawings
- Setting and operating CNC turning machinery
- Producing high-precision components to tight tolerances
- Selecting tooling and setting machine offsets
- Carrying out first-off and in-process inspections
- Reading and working accurately from engineering drawings
- Making programme adjustments where required
- Maintaining high standards of quality and workmanship
- Working efficiently while meeting production requirements
About You
- Proven CNC turning experience
- Strong Fanuc programming experience
- Experience programming, setting and operating CNC lathes
- The ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Experience working to tight tolerances
- A strong understanding of tooling, offsets and machining processes

- A reliable, self-motivated approach to work
