Factory & Planning Supervisor

Working Hours

  • Monday – Thursday: 6:45am – 4:15pm

The Role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Factory & Planning Supervisor to join our team within our meat production facility.

The successful candidate will work within the curing and slicing areas of the factory, supporting the Senior Supervisor in ensuring that daily production targets are achieved efficiently and safely.

The role will involve supervising and coordinating production activities while ensuring that all food production procedures, quality standards and health & safety requirements are consistently followed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Senior Supervisor with the day-to-day running of the curing and slicing departments.
  • Help ensure daily production targets are achieved.
  • Plan and organise production activities to maximise efficiency.
  • Monitor production processes and maintain high standards of product quality.
  • Ensure all food production procedures and company standards are followed.
  • Support and supervise factory staff to ensure production runs smoothly.
  • Identify and report any production issues or delays.
  • Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.
  • Ensure health & safety and food hygiene standards are adhered to at all times.
  • What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who is reliable, organised and confident working in a busy food production environment.

Previous supervisory or management experience within food manufacturing would be advantageous.

The successful candidate will have good communication skills, the ability to work under pressure and a strong focus on achieving production targets while maintaining quality and safety standards.
