Our client is seeking an Engineering Manager with strong leadership and technical expertise to drive the development of electrical metrology and RF calibration products. The role requires leading and developing a multidisciplinary team, setting clear direction, and ensuring best practices in engineering are applied across hardware, firmware, and software disciplines. The successful candidate will play a key role in solving complex technical challenges, improving processes, and delivering high-quality, scalable solutions that meet both customer and business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end development of electrical and RF calibration products, from concept to delivery and ongoing support.
- Manage and develop a multidisciplinary team across hardware, software, and firmware.
- Set technical direction, including system architecture, RF design, signal integrity, and system integration.
- Work closely with product teams and customers to translate requirements into clear technical solutions.
- Lead design reviews and solve complex technical challenges.
- Drive strong systems engineering practices and continuous improvement.
