Technical Administrator 3 Month Contract (scope to extend) £14.00 to £14.50 per hour UK Fully Remote Start Date – 6th of January 2025 We are currently seeking a Technical administrator to join a IT Technical Services organisation where you will be supporting an Operation manager across a range of vendor management and administration tasks. This is a fully remote position that will suit a experienced administrator with an excellent eye for detail and strong Excel skills. Roles & Responsibilities Developing a contracts repository, to ensure all electronic contracts are stored in a central location Scheduling meetings and capturing meeting minutes and actions Communication / liaison with vendors Communication with end-users, to provide updates and answers on projects Fulfilling tickets / cases raised by end users, within SLA Production of reports and dashboards Assist in the management of software contracts ensuring the compliance of T&C’s Experience Required Fast learner Highly professional High energy, ‘can-do’ attitude Strong communication skills Strong competence with office administrative software, e.g. MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint Working to measurable targets (and achieving these) Ability to work under direction but to be autonomous, day to day Working with 3rdparty supplier Experience working within a technology environment, interacting with technology professionals Experience working with a ticket management / case management toolset (of any type) Working with both junior and senior stakeholders
