Are you an experienced General Manager within the hospitality industry? Are you ready to be part of a fun and dynamic group that offers an astonishing guest experience and career progression? Brand new opening, happening in September in Southwest of London with an easy commute via public transport outside and inside Central London. If you have excellent guest experience skills and abilities to lead, coach, train, and motivate teams, and would like to be part of a group that is growing, then you are an excellent fit for this role!

Start date is 1st of July with potential to start earlier, dependent on circumstances.

Skills and experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a General Manager or in a senior management role.
  • Strong understanding of kitchen and bar operations, and F&B management.
  • Leading and managing senior to junior team members.
  • Strong business understanding with experience in driving revenue and managing costs.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Flexibility in working hours.
