My client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Employment Lawyer to join their team at their Norwich office. This is a fantastic leadership opportunity for a very driven professional to develop and lead an Employment Law team, set strategic goals and shape its long-term success. The ideal candidate must: be a qualified solicitor or hold CILEX qualifications in employment law practice and have extensive experience. provide advice on a wide range of employment law matters, including contracts, disputes, workplace policies, and tribunal representation. possess excellent communication and business development skills take responsibility for marketing and business development activities to help grow the team's client base.
