Global End User Services (GEUS) is the team responsible for delivering the technology, support services and digital workplace experiences that enable our colleagues to work productively and securely every day. Across the UK, GEUS supports office locations, manufacturing facilities and remote workers, providing a wide range of services including end-user computing, collaboration technologies, workplace infrastructure, service management and technology innovation. Based in our London office, you will work along side experienced IT professionals who partner closely with business teams to deliver exceptional customer support, drive continuous improvement and help shape the future workplace experience for our employees.

This role will be based in our modern state-of-the-art co-working facilities in Moorgate, London. This site, at the heart of London provides fantastic amenities, support services and collaborative workspaces with convenient transport links.

Job Description:

Are you passionate about technology, innovation, customer experience and Artificial Intelligence? Do you want hands‑on experience supporting a global technology organisation while contributing to projects that make a real difference to employees across the business?

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic GEUS Technology Intern to join our Global End User Services (GEUS) organisation in London for a 12‑month placement.

This role offers a unique opportunity to gain experience across IT operations, project coordination, customer experience and Generative AI adoption. Working alongside experienced technology professionals, you will help support local office technology services while also contributing to regional and global initiatives that improve the employee experience and drive innovation across our organisation.

The successful candidate will develop practical skills in IT service delivery, stakeholder management, project coordination, communications and emerging AI technologies.

Duties

Technology & Business Support

  • Support the GEUS team in providing a high‑quality technology experience for employees at the London office.

  • Assist with technology‑related activities including device lifecycle programmes, meeting room technologies and end‑user support initiatives.

  • Work closely with local and regional IT teams to help coordinate and communicate technology changes and improvements.

  • Monitor and track user feedback, helping identify opportunities to improve employee experience.

Project Coordination

  • Support the coordination of local, regional and global GEUS initiatives.

  • Assist project leads with meeting organisation, action tracking, documentation and status reporting.

  • Help maintain project plans, stakeholder communication materials and presentation decks.

  • Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure project deliverables and milestones are tracked effectively.

GenAI & Innovation

  • Help promote the adoption of Generative AI solutions within the organisation, including Microsoft Copilot and other approved AI technologies.

  • Support AI awareness campaigns, training sessions, workshops and innovation activities.

  • Assist employees in identifying opportunities where AI can improve productivity and collaboration.

  • Gather feedback, success stories and adoption metrics to help measure impact.

  • Contribute ideas and recommendations for new AI use cases and employee enablement activities.

Communication & Engagement

  • Create engaging communications, presentations and knowledge‑sharing materials.

  • Support local technology forums, office events and user experience activities.

  • Help organise innovation sessions, AI demonstrations and technology awareness campaigns.

  • Act as an advocate for a positive, customer‑focused technology experience.

Compliance

  • Maintain compliance to our Company’s Corporate and Regulatory guidelines for IT systems:

  • Ensuring all necessary training is completed and documented successfully

  • Maintain detailed records of user issues with software and hardware

  • Production of accompanying documentation for the implementation of new and existing systems

  • Adherence to our Company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) in everything you do

You must be currently studying at a UK university and will be looking to complete a 12‑month student internship as part of your undergraduate degree.
