Are you a recent graduate looking to kick-start your career in financial services? We’re looking for people who are full of ideas, ready to learn, and committed to doing great work for our clients. Join our 2025 Graduate Programme at SS&C as a Graduate Compliance Associate and gain real experience while learning how we help financial firms stay compliant and ahead of change. Over 18 months, you’ll rotate through two areas of our Compliance team—Monitoring and Advisory—and get support to complete a relevant professional qualification. You’ll also be part of a wider graduate network, have a dedicated mentor to guide you, and may even get the chance to visit other SS&C office locations. At the end of the programme, you’ll be in a strong position to take the next step in your career with us.
What you’ll be doing:
- Carry out compliance reviews and monthly reports
- Support business teams with regulatory advice and regulatory change projects
- Review updates from regulators and help apply any changes
- Work with clients and industry groups on key compliance topics
- Bring ideas, ask questions, and help improve what we do
What we’re looking for:
- A 2:2 degree or above in a business-related or similar subject
- Excellent attention to detail and writing skills
- Able to understand complex topics and explain them simply
- Good time management and a willingness to learn
- Someone who works well with others and does what they say they will
