What the job involves
- Provide top-notch support to our customers, helping them get the most out of our product while driving renewals and upsells
- Suitable for recent graduates. You'll be the bridge between our customers and Zinc, offering insights, building relationships, and ensuring they stay happy and engaged

- Manage and support customer accounts
