Monday to Thursday - 8.00 to 4.45 pm

What is the purpose of the Expeditor? The Expeditor is responsible for ensuring the smooth and timely flow of materials, components, and information through the manufacturing process. The role focuses on monitoring production progress, identifying delays, and coordinating with internal teams and suppliers to maintain efficient operations and meet delivery deadlines.

What are the responsibilities of the Expeditor?

  • Monitor production schedules and track the progress of work orders
  • Identify and resolve delays or bottlenecks in the manufacturing process
  • Liaise with departments such as production, purchasing, warehouse, and quality control
  • Chase suppliers and internal teams to ensure materials and components are delivered on time
  • Expedite urgent orders to support customer deadlines
