About the Opportunity
We are looking for a friendly, organised and reliable Sales Support Lead to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role, likes working with people and takes pride in keeping things organised and running smoothly.
Working alongside the wider team, you will provide day-to-day administrative and customer support, helping to ensure a positive experience for customers and effective communication across the business.
The Role
The role will involve a variety of administrative and sales support activities, including:
- Responding to customer sales enquiries by telephone and email
- Assisting with the processing and coordination of customer requirements
- Manage and take the lead on complex customer service enquiries
- Keeping information and records accurate and up to date
- Communicating with customers, colleagues and external contacts
- Helping to ensure tasks are followed through efficiently
- Providing general administrative support as required
- Raising purchase orders and processing sales orders with accuracy
- Assisting with the smooth running of the office and wider team
About You
You will be someone who is:

- Confident handling customer enquiries and finding practical solutions

- Experienced in administration, customer service, sales support or a similar environment
- Comfortable using computers and everyday office systems
- Previous experience within a sales or customer service role, preferably within a manufacturing environment would be desired.
