We're partnering with a leading telecommunications infrastructure company to appoint a General Manager – Strategy Planning & Performance Management.

This is a senior executive opportunity for an experienced strategy leader who will shape long-term corporate direction, drive enterprise performance, and work closely with executive leadership on strategic growth initiatives.

Key responsibilities include

  • Leading corporate strategy development and long-term business planning
  • Driving enterprise-wide performance management and KPI frameworks
  • Overseeing strategic initiatives and execution governance
  • Developing multi-year business plans and performance reporting
  • Supporting strategic M&A, inorganic growth, and value creation initiatives
  • Leading sustainability strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Managing and developing a high-performing strategy and planning team

Essential requirements

  • Extensive experience within the telecommunications tower infrastructure sector (Tower Co) is mandatory.
  • Proven leadership within corporate strategy, strategic planning, enterprise performance management, or business transformation.
  • Experience working with executive leadership and Boards on strategic priorities.
  • Strong commercial, financial modelling, and business planning capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large, cross-functional strategic initiatives.

Please note: We are only able to consider candidates with significant Tower Co industry experience.

Applicants without direct telecommunications tower infrastructure experience are unlikely to be shortlisted.
