Cooper and Tanner 1908 is seeking a Senior Lettings Negotiator for our Frome office to take ownership of a growing lettings portfolio and build lasting relationships with landlords and tenants. You’ll drive market dominance in your area and contribute to a high-performing team.
The role involves full lettings service from registration through to move-ins and checkouts, plus valuations and adding new properties to market. Monday to Friday 9am–5.30pm, alternate Saturdays, 37.5 hours per week.
