Coopah is a run coaching app combining real human coaches with responsive, proactive technology. We are building the future of endurance training.

We are hiring a Social and Community Manager to own our creator network and social presence. This is a part-time, hands-on role — 1-3 days per week, depending on experience. You’ll be the person finding and nurturing the creators who represent Coopah, running the experiences that deepen those relationships, and creating the social content that brings it all to life across our channels.

Role: Social and Community Manager

Type: Part-time — 1-3 days/week

Location: London (hybrid) or remote UK

Reports to: CEO

Salary: £150-250 per day

What you’ll own:

  • Social content creation & management
  • Coming up with creative content ideas — this is a creative role, not just a scheduling one
  • Briefing videographers and running shoots end to end (planning, on-the-day direction, follow-up edits)
  • Creating and scheduling content across Instagram, TikTok and other channels, in Coopah's coach-led voice — never motivational hype
  • Managing a small content budget (shoots, freelancers, equipment/props)
  • Owning the day-to-day posting calendar and community engagement (comments, DMs)
  • Repurposing creator and race content into on-brand social assets
  • Reporting on content performance and iterating on what resonates

Creator recruitment & management:

  • Finding and vetting new creators (runners with the right following, performance level, and fit for Coopah)
  • Negotiating and coordinating partnership terms
  • Maintaining ongoing relationships so creators feel genuinely supported, not just managed
  • Tracking creator output and performance against expectations

Creator experiences:

  • Planning and running in-person experiences for creators — race meetups, trips, community days
  • Coordinating logistics, comms, and briefings for each experience
  • Capturing content from these experiences for use across social and marketing

Who we’re looking for:

Experience:

  • Experience in social media management and/or creator/influencer partnerships — this must be within running or fitness, no exceptions
  • A track record of building and maintaining external relationships
  • Comfortable creating and editing content (photo/video) for social, and briefing others (e.g. videographers) to produce it
  • Experience managing a budget, however small

Mindset:

  • Runs, or is closely embedded in running culture (a big plus)
  • Organised self-starter, comfortable working with light oversight
  • A genuine feel for tone — the difference between motivational hype and Coopah’s authentic, coach-led voice

Bonus:

  • Experience planning or running events
  • Existing relationships with run creators or athletes
