We have an opportunity for an e-commerce and range planning executive to join the team in our Salford office. Working cross-functionally with sales, product, and operations teams, this role will support successful product launches, optimise stock performance, and contribute to the ongoing development of customer ranges and trading opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Support range planning, forecasting, and product launches through sales analysis, customer insight, and performance reviews.
- Monitor trading performance to identify opportunities to maximise sales, margin, and stock efficiency.
- Deliver data‑led recommendations on promotions, replenishment, and inventory optimisation.
- Maintain accurate product, pricing, and setup information across ERP and e‑commerce platforms.
- Manage product listings, documentation, and marketplace orders, ensuring smooth fulfilment and issue resolution.
- Produce and interpret sales, stock, and trading reports, providing actionable commercial insights.
- Identify slow‑moving stock and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to support ongoing range development and commercial initiatives.

Requirements
Essential
- Strong IT skills, particularly Excel and MS Office, and ability to work with high‑volume data sets.
- Experience producing and maintaining reports, with preference given for sales, stock and performance reports.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with good attention to detail.
- Confident communicator with the ability to work cross‑functionally.
- Well organised, proactive, and able to work on own initiative.
- Strong problem‑solver with a results‑focused mindset.
Desirable
- Experience within the fashion, textile, or clothing industry, ideally in a wholesale or administrative role.
- Experience using ERP or e‑commerce systems.
