We have an opportunity for a Bid Co‑Ordinator to join the team at Cooneen Group Fivemiletown on a permanent basis. The successful person will project manage the completion of bid responses to achieve top or maximum scores at the tender evaluation stage.
Responsibilities
- Manage bid process, coordinate all stages of the bid process from initial expression of interest to submission.
- Review Tender Documentation, read and interpret RFPs, RFQs, PQQs, ITTs, and tender instructions and identify mandatory requirements, clarifications, deadlines, and risks.
- Coordinate inputs from Multiple Departments.
- Create and edit documentation, and assist in writing, formatting, and proofreading bid responses.
- Maintain Tender.
