We have a new opportunity for a mobilization assistant (garment production) to support the Cooneen Protection Technical Mobilization team in our Fivemiletown facility.
Key Tasks/Main Activities:
- Organize and prepare Gold Seal / CWS samples (i.e. Tagging, cleaning and packing).
- Log specification changes and update requests received from Shanghai office logged and updated to the customer.
- Review and investigate NCR issues as identified by quality department and make necessary updates as directed by mobilisation manager.
- Review and inspect gold seal samples against customer specifications.
- Produce visual aids for production, customer or sales teams (i.e. User Manual / Information packs for Sales Team).
- Manage and maintain mobilisation documents.
- Organise and manage sample log.
- Update and maintain customer critical paths.
- Track and log samples sent for customer inspection and sign off.
- Assist Product Implementation Co-Ordinator with pre-production inspection report when required.
- Organise sample fabric and trims to be sent to external test laboratories and evaluate results against customer specification for compliance.
- Schedule daily update calls with factory offices and production to monitor mobilisation progress.
- Attend customer mobilisation meetings as directed by mobilisation manager.
- Create factory trim packs and organise these to be sent to the factory for costing purposes.
- Review and agree response to customer queries as directed by mobilisation manager.
- Create trim and factory packs for in-house production and maintain these with technical and production teams.
- Follow up on mobilisation project actions as directed by Mobilisation manager.
- Identify opportunities for improving the method of operation in your area of responsibility.
- Any other duties deemed necessary by management.
- Observe all Company Rules, Standard Operating Procedures and Company Policies particularly in relation to Health and Safety, Harassment, Disciplinary and ICT Security.
- Maximize efficiency by supporting Cooneen Lean continuous improvement activities.
