Cooneen By Design is seeking an analytical and forward-thinking E-Commerce Administrator to join our growing team. If you excel at turning data into actionable insights and enjoy optimizing processes in a fast-paced digital retail environment, this role is for you. What You’ll Do Planning and forecasting: Maintain and update the ERP system to ensure accurate product, pricing, and stock data for effective planning. Stock and sales insight: Analyse weekly sales and stock reports to identify trends, propose stock transfers, and support future range planning. Performance analysis: Track website orders and product performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and promotional activity based on data. Customer and product setup: Manage accurate setup of product details and customer information, ensuring all data is complete for smooth operations. Operational planning: Liaise with the warehouse to monitor order flow, ensuring timely deliveries and resolving issues efficiently. Reporting and decision support: Generate regular dashboards and reports that support business decisions and drive commercial growth. Continuous improvement: Contribute to efficiency projects through Cooneen Lean initiatives. What We’re Looking For Strong analytical mindset – able to interpret data and make evidence-based recommendations. Experience in ERP systems, planning, and sales analysis with the ability to translate insights into action. Highly organised and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Excellent communicator, able to work effectively with internal teams and external partners. Tech-savvy and data-driven, confident in using Excel and cloud-based platforms to manage information. Critical thinker with a process-improvement focus and a positive, collaborative attitude. Essential Skills & Experience Advanced Excel proficiency for data analysis and reporting. Strong planning, forecasting, and organisational abilities. Proven experience in analysing sales and stock data to drive decisions. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Desirable Skills & Experience Experience in textile or retail planning environments. Familiarity with platforms such as SAP BI, Prima, Linnworks, Mirakl, Virtual Stock, or Inventory Planner.
