We’re hiring a Client Relationship Manager to join the team within our Workwear and Defence divisions. The successful applicant will expand on our existing client relationships and develop new ones to drive growth across the departments.

The role is office based, and the successful person can work at either our Head Office in Fivemiletown or from our Manchester location.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve upselling KPIs to increase sales and account contribution on existing contracts.
  • Identify new opportunities for increased profitable sales.
  • Quantify each opportunity with your manager by presenting a project study to show justification for the project.
  • Plan innovation events for each customer at an agreed frequency with your manager.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to assess the existing product and service range and promote continuous improvement.
  • Lead quarterly innovation and improvement sessions, events, or meetings with each account to foster growth.
  • Develop and maintain Account Development Plans for each customer, outlining growth strategies and improvement initiatives to assist the rewinning of every existing account at tender release.
  • Monitor and report in upselling performance, innovation activities and customer engagement metrics.
  • Implement improvements, which have been agreed with your manager.
  • Observe all Company Rules, Standard Operating Procedures and Company Policies particularly in relation to Health and Safety, Harassment, Disciplinary and ICT Security.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a face to face sales and customer service driven role.
  • Effective presentation skills, experience of running events.
  • Demonstratable experience within a manufacturing, construction or retail business.
  • Demonstratable record of driving revenue and profitability, including creating and owning growth strategy.
  • Demonstratable experience of successfully launching new products and or services into the market.
  • Proficient in the use of full Microsoft Office suite.
  • Educated to A ‘level or equivalent including English and Mathematics.
Desirable
  • Demonstratable experience in the clothing industry, production control, planning, merchandising or technical.
  • Qualification, ideally in a business or manufacturing related discipline.
