Overview
As our Project Coordinator, you’ll be a key part of helping our teams deliver projects smoothly and successfully. You’ll work closely with our Project Managers and delivery teams every day, making sure everyone has the information, support and coordination they need to keep things moving in the right direction.
Responsibilities
- Capture, record and report technical data using spreadsheets, trackers and other digital tools.
- Make sure project documentation is well organised, accurate, up to date and stored correctly in line with internal and external requirements.
- Plan and coordinate access, road closures, resources, logistics and wider project arrangements - working closely with colleagues and clients to keep everything running efficiently.
- Arrange, attend and minute meetings, making sure actions are clearly captured, tracked and completed.
- Provide day to day technical and administrative support to the wider business, including getting involved in ad hoc projects when needed.
Qualifications
- Strong coordination skills and experience in a similar role.
- Excellent organisational ability, with confidence juggling multiple tasks and priorities.
- Good working knowledge of MS Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Experience producing reports and analysing data.
- Great communication and interpersonal skills.
- A solutions focused mindset and the ability to build strong, positive working relationships.
