The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.
As our Project Coordinator, you will support our Project Managers and delivery teams on a daily basis.
You will:
- Capture, record and report technical data - utilising spreadsheets, trackers and other software
- Ensure project records and files are collated, complete, up to date and stored in line with internal and external requirements
- Proactively plan, coordinate and organise access, road closures, resource, logistics, etc; liaising and collaborating with internal colleagues and external clients to support effective service delivery and consistency in practice
- Coordinate, attend and minute meetings – tracking and completing follow-up actions in a timely manner
- Provide technical administrative support to the wider business for ad-hoc projects as required
In order to be successful as our Project Coordinator, we would ideally like you to have the following skills/experience:
- Exceptional coordination skills with significant experience in a similar role
- Highly organised with the ability to multi-task and prioritise
- Highly competent in MS Outlook, Word and Excel
- Experience of producing reports and analysing data
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Solutions focused with the ability to work collaboratively, building effective working relationships
Note: due to the nature of this role, there may be a requirement to work away from home. A full driving license is essential.
