The predicted salary is between 50000 - 65000 £ per year.
As our Site Agent, you will be responsible for leading site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and in line with quality and compliance standards.
- Manage and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines and performance targets.
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Contribute to team meetings, planning sessions, and continuous improvement activities.
- Experience carrying out or working with risk assessments on site.
- A good understanding of health, safety, and environmental requirements, including Network Rail standards.
- A proven background working on civil engineering projects within a rail environment.
- An engineering background, ideally with a minimum of an HNC in Civil Engineering.
- Appropriate site certifications, including CSCS and PTS.
- Understanding of how to work safely and effectively in a rail setting, following all relevant standards and procedures.
