We are looking for an experienced and motivated Fire & Security Engineer to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a multi-skilled engineer to work with a variety of systems including fire alarms, CCTV, intruder alarms, and access control systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, service, and maintain fire alarm and security systems (CCTV, intruder, access control).
- Perform system fault finding, diagnostics, and repairs.
- Carry out routine maintenance and emergency callouts as needed.
- Complete all job documentation accurately and on time.
- Ensure work complies with industry regulations (BS 5839, BS 7671, etc.).
- Deliver excellent customer service on-site.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar Fire & Security role.
- Strong knowledge of fire and security systems (e.g., Texecom, Hikvision, Paxton, Advanced, Kentec, etc.).
- Full UK driving license.
- ECS/CSCS card or equivalent (preferred, but not essential).
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including on-call rota.
- Hold 18th edition (would be an advantage but not essential).
