We’re looking for a Student Support Worker to join our team! The in school intervention provision offers a unique and fulfilling opportunity to assist students who require additional support and guidance to help them reintegrate into mainstream school settings. This role involves diverse and dynamic responsibilities, collaborating with both students and staff to cultivate a fully inclusive environment. The aim is to provide a tailored curriculum and wraparound support package that facilitates students' transition back into our mainstream setting.

Your role will involve closely collaborating with students, employing a range of skills and strategies to help them positively manage their behaviour, enabling them to effectively participate in classroom settings with the support of the ISAP Leader. At the top of your game, you’ll relate well to young people, collaborate effectively with other adults and work constructively as part of a team. You’ll need to be an enthusiastic team player with the ability to use initiative, work independently and stay organised. This post is for a full time, term time only + 5 days.

You’ll do all this whilst capturing the spirit of our vision and values and whilst role-modelling exceptional professional behaviours.
