EHCP Annual Review Coordinator in Exmouth

We are seeking a highly organised, proactive and compassionate EHCP (Education, Health and Care Plan) Annual Review Coordinator to join our Administration Team. We are a non-maintained special school and this is a key role in supporting our students and their families through the EHCP process.

As EHCP Annual Review Coordinator, you will lead and manage the annual review process for Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), ensuring reviews are completed efficiently, accurately and within statutory timescales. You will work closely with students, families, teachers, local authorities and external professionals, acting as the central point of contact throughout the review process.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys coordinating complex processes, building positive relationships and ensuring high standards of compliance and service delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

• Planning and coordinating the annual review schedule.
• Organising and chairing EHCP annual review and interim review meetings.
• Supporting staff to complete review documentation to a high standard.
• Quality assuring reports and paperwork to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
• Liaising with parents, carers, local authorities and external professionals.
• Monitoring actions arising from reviews and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Maintaining accurate records and data within the Academy's management information systems.
• Contributing to wider education administration and quality assurance activities.

• An excellent administrator with exceptional attention to detail.
• Able to manage competing priorities and work effectively to deadlines.
• Confident in coordinating and chairing meetings.
• Skilled at building positive working relationships with a range of stakeholders.
• Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive information.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
• A strong communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Committed to delivering outstanding service and support to students, families and professionals and ensuring a student-centred approach to the annual review meetings.
