Are you a dedicated and experienced educator passionate about making a difference in the lives of Children with Special Educational Needs? At Co-op Academy Grange, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will provide in-class support for individual students and groups of students, including those in mainstream school and in our resource provision. You will develop and implement personalised learning to support each pupil’s unique needs and abilities using innovative teaching methods and resources to engage and inspire young learners. You will foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes confidence and growth.
